I’m Simon Johnston, a professional therapist located in Edinburgh, working with people from all walks of life to overcome issues that are holding them back.
As you’ve found your way to my site, there’s a high chance you are feeling that an issue or problem is becoming over-whelming, out-of-control or distressing. I want to assure you, I know you’re not crazy, we all experience various levels of symptoms and issues throughout life. It’s my job to help you make sense of what’s happening, and work with you to achieve significant and meaningful change with what has brought you here today.

After getting in touch, we will organise a free initial consultation via secure video conferencing, telephone or in-person. Basically, I can hear a bit about your issue and you can get a better idea about me and how I could help.
